Pennsylvania Volunteer Requirements
All vounteers with Kasiesville Bible Church in Pennsylvania must complete several background checks including a PA Criminal Background check, a PA Child Abuse History clearance, and possibly a fingerprint clearance. Please follow these steps to complete the forms:
Note: If you do not live in Pennsylvania, please contact our office at 717-328-5374 about the steps you need to follow.
1. Complete the free Request for Criminal Background Check. You can complete online and results will be emailed to you or download it here, print it out and return it by mail.

2. Complete the PA Child Abuse History Clearance. You can download it here, print, complete, and mail.

3. If you have lived in PA for the last 10 years or more, complete an affadavit swearing to that fact. It can be found here. Please sign and return to the KBC office.
4. If you have not lived in PA for the last 10 years, you must be fingerprinted. Call and schedule an appointment with IdentoGo and ask for details of what items need to be brought to the appointment.

You will receive the processed clearances by mail. If you do them online, the PA Criminal Background check will come back immediately, the PA Child Abuse may take several days to a week. Please make a copy of each clearance and give to Kasiesville Bible staff.
5. Mandated Reporter Training is required by all teachers. (not required for helpers at this time) Please complete this training by going to www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu
This training is free, but will take three hours of time to complete. When finished, please print the certificate and mail us a copy.
